Understand your options: Urgent Care or Primary Care?

Urgent Care is the fast, convenient way to treat urgent medical issues that arise. But if it can wait, or if you have other issues to discuss, you may want to consider calling ahead for a primary care appointment. Here’s a guide to help you get the right care.

If you answer yes to any of these questions – call us for an appointment

  • Important: Do you need to discuss a chronic health issue or medication refill?
These must be treated through a primary care visit. Call for an appointment.
  • Do you have additional health concerns you plan to discuss?
Call for an appointment. Urgent care visits are short by design, with just enough time to treat urgent medical concerns to get you in and out quickly.
  • Do you have multiple issues to discuss?
If you have several issues to discuss, please call for a primary care appointment and let us know what you’ll need to discuss. We will try to help you with as many as we reasonably can within a visit.
  • Do you need to see your regular doctor?
Urgent care visits are with the first available provider, not your regular doctor.
